On Sunday 23 November, 3 PM, the second solo exhibition at Club Solo will open with work from Belgian artist Wesley Meuris (1977).

Wesley Meuris deconstructs existing architectural models to uncover hidden mechanisms. In Breda, he presents works that reveal his fascination for the architecture of museums and exhibition mechanisms. This exhibition at Club Solo is the first solo exhibition by Wesley Meuris in the Netherlands and brings together existing and previously shown work including drawings, prints and installations.

In response to the work of Wesley, Van Abbemuseum will show Forte! (2010), a video work by Canadian artist Mark Lewis (1958) recently purchased by the museum.
